1. Introduction
These Official Rules (the “Rules”) govern the Belle Bath “$10,000 Bath or Shower Makeover” Contest (the “Contest”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. This Contest is intended to be conducted within the Province of Ontario, Canada, and shall be governed by applicable federal laws of Canada and the provincial laws of Ontario. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Sponsor & Administrator
The Contest is sponsored and administered by Belle Bath Canada (“Sponsor”)
4. Contest Period
The Contest begins on July 14th and ends on October 14th at Noon Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received within the Contest Period.
5. Eligibility
5.1 Residency & Age
Open only to legal residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority (18) at the time of entry.
5.2 Exclusions
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising/promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and immediate family members or persons domiciled with any such persons are not eligible to enter.
5.3 Proof of Eligibility
Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity and eligibility.
6. How to Enter
6.1 Entry Method
To enter, visit [www.bellebath.ca] or the designated landing page, complete the entry form in full, and submit it before the Contest Period ends.
6.2 Entry Limits & Disqualification
Limit of one (1) entry per person for the Contest Period, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

Minor paint touch-ups directly around the remodeled area are included only as needed. |
| Exclusions | The remodel does NOT include: flooring, vanities, toilets, structural changes, major electrical or plumbing work beyond the immediate shower/bath area, custom tile or premium materials beyond Bellastone™, full bathroom painting (except touch-ups), disposal of unrelated debris, or any work exceeding the ARV. |

Note: The Prize is strictly limited to the bathtub or shower area only. Full bathroom painting is excluded except for necessary touch-ups around the remodelled area.
8. Winner Selection & Notification
8.1 Draw Method & Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries at Belle Bath’s office. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8.2 Notification & Response
Potential winner will be notified by phone or email within three (3) business days of the draw and must respond within three (3) business days. If unresponsive or ineligible, another entrant may be selected.
8.3 Skill-Testing Question
To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.
9. Winner Confirmation & Publicity
9.1 Declaration & Release
The winner must sign a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within two (2) business days of notification.
9.2 Publicity Consent
By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that Belle Bath Canada may use their name, city/province, photo, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Privacy
Personal information will be used only for Contest administration and is governed by Belle Bath’s Privacy Policy and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
